RETURN PROCEDURE

From the day of delivery of the order, the customer has 14 days to request the return, whatever the reason. The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received: not worn (beyond the normal test of the garment), not washed, not modified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories. It is possible to request a change of size and/or colour but it is not possible to request a replacement with articles different from those purchased.

REASONS FOR RETURN

  1. Return for refund – If the product purchased does not satisfy the customer or is defective, the customer may request a return for a refund. It will be necessary to request the return authorization through the appropriate section within 14 days of receipt of the same.
  2. Returned for exchange – It is possible to request the return for exchange of size and/or colour only. It is not possible to request a replacement with different products. It will be necessary to request the return authorization through the appropriate section within 14 days from receipt of the same.

RETURN FOR REFUND
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS

In the section CUSTOMER SERVICE select RETURN REQUEST.
Access your profile and choose the reason for your return.
Fill in the fields with name, surname, email address, order number, and reason for return.
We recommend you use the Message field for additional information about pickup mode and address.
Send the request.
Once we have received the online form, we will book the collection by the courier, at our expense, at the same address where the garment was sent.
Different addresses must be indicated in the return request form.
Since it is impossible to know the pick-up time by the courier, we recommend indicating an address manned throughout the day.
Alternatively, you can bring your parcel to the nearest BRT Fermo Point and tell us the address.
The customer must make the goods available for collection within 14 days from the date he requested the return authorization.

PROCEDURE AND REFUND TIMES

Once the goods have returned to our warehouse, the conditions will be checked and then, within 30 days, the refund will be processed.
The goods that will be returned in conditions not suitable for the return will not be refunded.
The refund will be automatically issued on the credit card or at the bank details used to make the purchase.
Bank details other than those used at the time of purchase must be communicated through the return procedure or to info@twowomentwtwomen.it no later than the day of collection by the courier.
Confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated at the time of order.
The cost of transport incurred by the customer during the order will not be refunded.

In the “message” field the customer can indicate suggestions, problems encountered and any information that he considers important to improving our service and our products.

N.B.: To protect the environment, no sheet or label will be included in the package. The courier will affix the necessary labels at the time of collection.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

If the customer intends to change size or colour, select the CUSTOMER SERVICE section and select RETURN REQUEST.
Access your profile and choose the reason for your return.
Fill in the fields with name, surname, email address, order number and change required (specify the size or colour required).
We recommend you use the Message field for additional information about pickup mode and address.
Send the request.

The new item will be sent, at our expense, to the same address as the first shipment, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
If even the second leader sent is not appreciated, repeat the same procedure.
However, all transport costs after the first size/colour change will be charged to the customer who must inform us at info@twowomentwomentwomen.it of the payment method he prefers to use to pay them.
